  • Jean-Bernard FALCO

    Jean-Bernard FALCO - President and Founder

    With an experience of almost 25 years as an entrepreneur, Jean-Bernard Falco began his career in banking. Between 1993 and 2005 Jean-Bernard was a financial advisor and asset manager specialising in hotels. In 1997 he acquired a real-estate agency specialised in Parisian hotel transactions. In 2005, with his wife Céline Falco, whose family have been hoteliers for four generations, he founded Paris Inn Group, a specialist hotel management and promotion company.
    An acting judge at the Bobigny and Paris Commercial Courts between 2009 and 2013, Jean-Bernard Falco was appointed in November 2014 “Federator of the export Tourism family” by Laurent Fabius, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development. In June 2015, confronted by the competition that French hoteliers were facing from offers for uncontrolled self-catering tourist accommodation, Jean-Bernard Falco decided to create, with his fellow hoteliers, the AHTOP (Association for professional accommodation and tourism). He was also appointed its President.

  • Céline FALCO

    Céline FALCO - Vice-President

    Céline Falco has a proven track record in the hotel industry. From a family of hoteliers for four generations, she began her career in 2001 at the head of two Parisian hotels. In 2005, she founded the Paris Inn Group, a hotel management and promotion company, alongside her husband, Jean-Bernard Falco, undertaking to honour the values to which she has always adhered: defending a resolutely human hotel industry where know-how is geared towards customer satisfaction. Placing innovation at the very heart of its strategy, she has positioned Paris Inn Group as a real precursor and leader of new trends in the hotel industry.
    In April 2014, Céline Falco was also appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Best Western France.
  • Grégory POURRIN

    Grégory POURRIN - Managing Director

    Managing Director of Paris Inn Group since 2011 and a member of the Executive committee, Grégory Pourrin has built up an innovating organisation and a growth strategy enabling this leader in hotel management and investment to successfully negotiate its move towards the premium segment and entry into international markets.
    Before joining Paris Inn Group, Grégory occupied numerous positions that have given him extensive expertise and multiple skills in the hotel industry. He began his career in 2000 as sales manager at Compagnie Hôtelière des Alpes before creating his own business in 2005 specialising in hotel and holiday residence marketing and services. He joined Compagnie d’Hôtels Holding in 2008 as  Deputy Managing Director.
    Grégory Pourrin is a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière Internationale Savoie-Leman.
  • Charles SEBBAG

    Charles SEBBAG - Chief Operating Officer

    Charles' career began in finance and for 10 years he managed structural projects in the main investment banks of Paris.
    Wanting to give more meaning to his work, and with a passion for the hotel business, it was a natural decision for him to make a career change to this industry. After completing training, he took up various positions within hotel groups, leading to management roles in four boutique hotels in Paris before becoming Director of Operations in a family hotel group.
    He then founded his own hospitality strategy and marketing consultancy company and assisted many groups in their growth and structure.
    He also teaches MBA courses at ESG. Charles joined Paris Inn Group in May 2018 with the main mission of adapting the group's structure to its growth as well as maintaining and increasing operational excellence.

  • Serge BOURRON

    Serge BOURRON - Financial Officer

    Before joining Paris Inn Group, Serge Bourron held various financial positions that enabled him to gain significant experience in the hotel and restaurant sectors. In 2000, after three years as a statutory auditor and M&A at KPMG, he turned went to international development by working with the Quick Restaurants Group in Central European countries and it was in 2002 that he took over the Group's Management Control Department. In 2009, Serge completed a transition assignment for an investment fund as Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Franck Provost hairdressing group and in 2010, he joined the Monte-Carlo SBM group as Director of Financial Control, in charge of strategic and operational management control and consolidation of the Group's listed company. One year after his arrival in the Principality, he carried out the transformation of financial information systems and the implementation of "Best Practices" in all the company's businesses. As the Administrative and Financial Director of Paris Inn Group, Serge is responsible for managing the transformation of accounting and financial services in the Group's growth project, but also for securing projects and covering risks. Serge Bourron is a graduate of the Strasbourg School of Management.
  • Caroline CASTE

    Caroline CASTE - Human Resources Manager

    After a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management and a first experience in the Operations, Caroline decides to specialize in Human Resources. She joins a service provider active in the hospitality industry, before completing her education with a one-year specialization in recruitment. Attracted by the independent hotels segment, Caroline joined the Paris Inn Group in 2012 as Human Resources Manager. She deals with all issues arising out of the management of the teams and staff within the group’s companies.


  • Clément BORE

    Clément BORE - IS and Networks Director

    Graduating with a diploma in IT, Clément began his career in 2001 as an IT technician for an IT maintenance and communications group before joining a software company in 2004. In 2008, having gained four years of solid expertise in an IT department, he joined the Paris Inn Group as an IT and Networks Manager. Promoted to the role of Director in 2014, Clément supports each of the group's managers with every step that brings a hotel to life: from construction to renovation, from daily maintenance to the most complex technical and technological problems, and from the efficiency of the hotel's teams to the comfort of guests.
  • Astrid BIRBA-TOURE

    Astrid BIRBA-TOURE - headmistress of Corporate Legal Affairs

    With a Master’s degree in Corporate law/Company Management and a DESS International Legal Counsel, Astrid embarked on her corporate legal counsel career in the retail distribution sector. This was followed by periods as Corporate Legal Counsel and Legal Manager with different multinational companies. With solid experience in Business law, she joined Paris Inn Group in 2015 as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel, before being promoted to Head of Corporate Legal Affairs.
    Offering advice and support to all the operational and functional departments of Paris Inn Group, Astrid provides practical and business guidance while guaranteeing the legal security of the operations conducted by Paris Inn Group. In an increasingly complex legal context, she ensures that Paris Inn Group complies with prevailing rules and regulations. 
  • Laura BEN-IBGUI

    Laura BEN-IBGUI - Development Director

    An MBA graduate of IMHI-ESSEC Business School, specialising in hotel real estate, Laura began her career in property consulting and hotel feasibility in London with HVS, the world leader in consulting and services for the hotel industries. For two years she dealt with the financial issues of major investors and, on their behalf, identified the numerous challenges and stakes of investment in the hotel industry.
    Armed with this experience, Laura joined Paris Inn Group in September 2013 as Development Officer before being promoted to Head of Development. In direct contact with the members of the Executive Committee, Management Committee and the various partners of Paris Inn Group, she is responsible for selecting the operations targeting Group growth: project identification, assessment of assets, feasibility and profitability studies, and more. She also ensures continuous monitoring of the hotel investment sector.
  • Emilie BARATON

    Emilie BARATON - Design and Works Supervision Director

    Following training in the hospitality industry, Emilie began her career at the international group Holiday Inn before joining the Hôtel de Crillon's technical department in 2007. In 2010, she moved to Concorde Hotels & Resorts as an Administrative Project Manager where she led and provided support for building works at the group's hotels, bringing her expertise to a multidisciplinary team working with architects and designers. In 2013, Emilie decided to join Hyatt International as a Project Manager. In particular, she monitored investment and renovation budgets, ran site meetings and provided project management advisory. She joined Paris Inn Group on 16 September 2015 as a Design and Works Supervision Manager. As part of her work opening and increasing the prestige of hotels within the group's portfolio, Emilie works with Céline Falco to develop plans for new hotels, in the role of the construction client or assistant to the construction client, working with experts and engineering firms and in close collaboration with the Operations department.
  • Alexandre GUIRAUD

    Alexandre GUIRAUD - Sales & Marketing Director

    Alexandre began his career in the financial field in banking. After a desire to retrain in the hotel sector, he completed an MBA in Hotel Management at ESSEC (IMHI) before joining the Mövenpick Group as Director of Revenue Management for the hotels in Geneva and Lausanne. Alexandre joined Paris Inn Group in March 2019 and is responsible for Revenue Management, Sales, Data, Data, Digital and Communication departments, in particular for marketing the Group's hotel fleet and optimizing revenue.

  • Camille SQUILLARI

    Camille SQUILLARI - Operation Officer

    After graduating with a BTS in hotel management and a pro-hospitality degree, Camille began her career as an Executive Assistant at Voyages Fram in Greece, Egypt and Tunisia. She continued her career specializing with an MBA in Hotel Management at IEMI-CMH Paris, keeping on training in F&B at Meurice and Pullman Bercy.
    She then held a position as Operational Product Marketing Manager for the Mercure and MGallery brands.
    Camille joined Paris Inn Group in 2013 as a Project Manager, was promoted to Deputy Director of Operations in 2015, and finally to Head of Operations in January 2017.
    She therefore supervises the Operations team as well as the hotels' managers, and joins the management committee of Paris Inn Group.
